These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Trove ("the Service"), operated by Karan Chaudhary ("we", "us"). By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
Trove is an organizational and advisory tool for airline flight credits. We help you track credits, understand their terms, and choose which credits to apply to a given flight booking.
Important:Trove does not book flights on your behalf, hold any of your money, or transact directly with airlines. All recommendations are informational. You complete every booking yourself, on the airline's own website or app, using your own credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use Trove. By signing up, you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that we determine to be operated by minors.
The Service is provided as is and as available without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. For users on a free tier, that amount is zero.

You may delete your account at any time from Settings → Delete My Account. After a 7-day grace period (during which you can cancel by logging back in), all your data is permanently deleted, except a cryptographic hash retained for compliance evidence.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt to harm the Service or other users, or use the Service for unlawful purposes. We will provide reasonable notice when possible.
We may change the Service or these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will be resolved in the state and federal courts located in Texas.
